网络频道主编孔繁荣（王志飞 饰）一家与姐姐孔繁华（陈慧娟 饰）一家原本住在一起，眼看两家的孩子都慢慢长大，孔繁荣夫妻决定贷款买房。可是每月要交纳4500元月供，生活负担变得很重。孔妻张美娟（颜丙燕 饰）原是普通工人，见美容业很火，她辞职后开了一家美容院。孔的大哥一家出了车祸，嫂子当场死亡，大哥也瘫痪在床，孔繁荣只好把侄子析析（张一山 饰）接到自己家，析析的到来令张美娟十分不快。没多久，孔繁荣被公司炒了鱿鱼，他沦落到摆地摊的地步，这一幕被原同事陶陶（李佳璇 饰）撞见，自尊心受到打击的孔搂着陶陶失声痛哭，不料，路过的岳母白阿姨（童正维 饰）恰巧目睹，愤怒的她将此事告诉了女儿。张美娟闻言提出离婚，这让本来就落魄的孔繁荣的生活更加水深火热......。“This is Home Invasion,” Korine says, pointing at a computer monitor inside the house.
