Three creatives team up to write a screenplay chronicling a string of murders in their town, but one of the three may be closer to the story than the others realize.。DECAY is a zombie film made and set at the LHC, by physics PhD students. It will be released free online, under a Creative Commons license. Trapped underground at the world's largest particle accelerator, a group of students make a deadly discovery. This film has not been authorized or endorsed by CERN.。在这个科技飞速发展的时代里，想要解读人类脑中残留的影像早已不是一件难题，一个专门利用此项技术侦破案件的组织——第九研究室应运而生。在室长薪刚（关智一 配音）的带领下，身强体壮的青木一行（浪川大辅 配音）、心理学者天地奈奈子（野中蓝 配音）等精明强干的队员们利用各自的能力破解着一桩又一桩扑朔迷离的案件。 虽然技术让破案变得更加迅速和简单，但其中涉及到的有关隐私和权利的部分一直都处在道德的灰色地带。同时，每日面对着被害者死前目击到的残酷影像，要如何在工作和生活之间划上清晰的分界线也成了组员们要面对的一大难题。。
