在香港，提起赌术，没有人能不想起沙家。沙家是赌术世家，每代传人都是大名鼎鼎的赌王。到了沙通（宗华 饰）这一代，他更是将沙家的赌术发扬得淋漓尽致。年纪轻轻的他早已赌遍香港无敌手，赢得了“赌王”的称号。少年得志的沙通却一直有块心病挥之不去，那就是他的师傅此前遭“牌霸”石天（陈观泰 饰）的陷害，遭到了十年牢狱之灾。如不能为师报仇，沙通这个赌王怎么都当得不是滋味。石天会乖乖坐着等着沙通前来报仇吗？。In the near future, Norway is occupied by Russia on behalf of the European Union, due to the fact that the newly elected environmental friendly Norwegian government has stopped the all important oil- and gas-production in the North Sea。
