Driving home late at night during a heavy rainstorm, Glen experiences car trouble. Near where his car gets stuck, he spots a house, knocks on the door and is greeted by an oddly friendly middle-aged man, Arthur, and his younger wife, Cyndi. The strange couple pours him a drink, and then more drinks, followed by an unexpected offer that Glen can’t refuse. Elsewhere, a young woma...。故事讲述繁华长安发生诡异大火，大火遇水则旺，与此同时东城内爆发瘟疫，男主角辛礼与师父庚康全力施救却效果甚微。坊间开始流传，所有诡异事件都源自于太子失德遭到了天谴，而辛礼的师父庚康也被收押成为了阶下囚遭到毒害。辛礼为了还太子清白以及查明师父庚康的死因展开调查。辛礼在调查中发现，越来越多的毒虫出现在长安城各个角落，时值太子生辰，围绕太子的阴谋也渐渐浮出水面……。为了后述的全金动画第4作『Invisible Victory』，由千明导演担任总指挥，使用2010年代下的最新技术对第1期动画进行了改进，自2017年11月起，以『TV动画「全金属狂潮！」导演剪辑版』为题的三部曲总集篇在两处东京·一处大阪的影院进行了各自为期一周的期间限定上映。
