Shooters is a drama documentary film, directed by Dan Reed for Suspect Device Films. The film is set in Liverpool and used local criminals as actors depicting the lives of local 'gangsters'. It is most notable for having been completely unscripted apart from a brief outline| each scene was improvised and ad-libbed by the actors themselves.。土耳其烟草商凯拉班是个脾气倔强的人。他家住斯库达里，而他的买卖都在博茨普鲁兹海峡对岸的康斯坦丁堡，每天往返海峡两岸。有一天，政府当局颁布了一条新规定：要求每个渡海峡者缴税，对此，凯拉班非常不满，他宁可历尽千辛万苦环绕黑海回到斯库达里，也不愿意缴纳这种不合理的税。在环绕黑海的旅行中，凯拉班和他的同伴们还挫败了一起绑架的阴谋。。
