《叮咯咙咚呛》第二季在第一季的基础上全面升级，星素搭配创新演绎传统文化，并采取现场竞演晋级的方式争夺文化传承人。在十二期节目中，前十期中,明星们会深入全国五大省市，每两期有四组明星前往一处地方，寻找即将消失的非遗文化，找寻最纯粹的艺术精品，并和民间达人合作，将非遗文化与现代歌曲相结合，以全新的方式共同完成颠覆创新的融合作品，将新鲜血液注入古老的艺术当中。十二期的每一集中都会有流行元素和传统艺术形式融合的作品创编，大半个演艺圈内有情怀的明星，都将加入这场传统文化联盟行动。现场赵忠祥、李谷一、蔡国庆三位文化评论员也将犀利点评，给予最专业的建议。综合两期成绩最高的表演者，将成功晋级决赛，最后将会有五组表演者齐聚《叮咯咙咚呛》的舞台，争得最后的传承之星。。Unable to find inspiration for his newest piece, young author Liam (Daryl McCormack) takes on the titanic weight of tutoring the son of legendary writer J.M.
